Design Internship
In 2022 I did a 6 month internship with New York-based design studio Ahoy. I had the opportunity to work on many great projects alongside other designers as well as present my own original concepts. Clients included The Rockefeller Foundation, New York University, New York Public Radio, and The Association of Independent Commercial Producers.
This site-page demonstrates some of my original work, such as my design for the American Council on Germany's Annual Report (shown above). After my initial concept for this project was picked by the client, it was my responsibility to compile the entire PDF, inputting the data and designing each page. The final document can be viewed on their website here.
Each project presented new challenges, with specific requirements that had to be met. The above images demonstrate a few of my ideas for NYU's 2022 Alumni event. The cartoonish sticker-like imagery was intended to represent a celebratory and playful sense of student life in New York.
